These paintings are the result of my ongoing exploration into primitive pigments.  They are painted with acrylics and a clay that I collected while on vacation.  After grinding the clay into a powder, I began a series of experiments to learn how the pigment would work as a paint.  I have been mixing the pigment into different mediums and experimenting with various techniques of application.

Keep an eye on this page as more pieces will appear every few days.

All pieces are for sale.  Please contact me for information.
